5.2. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all furniture packages are delivered to the precise room of assembly before the scheduled appointment, and that all necessary parts, hardware, and assembly instructions supplied by the manufacturer are complete and undamaged.
5.3. If assembly cannot proceed due to missing parts, incomplete manufacturer deliveries, or inadequate access, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable call-out fee or abort the appointment.

6.2. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the Deposit. For cancellations requested less than 48 hours in advance, the Deposit may be retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs incurred.
6.3. If we are unable to perform the scheduled Services due to unforeseen operational events or severe weather, we will contact you immediately to reschedule the appointment without further liability.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Right of Cancellation) for Consumers
7.1. Consumers residing in the European Union generally possess a statutory right of withdrawal in distance contracts.
7.2. Express Consent for Immediate Performance: Pursuant to Article 16(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and section 356(4) of the German Civil Code (BGB), if you request that the assembly Services commence during the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the Services have been fully performed.

12. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR), accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Severability
Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
